For this New Year’s Eve event, the Siem Reap provincial authorities have prepared a beautification of the city and many fun entertainment programmes. In particular, the provincial administration has equipped water fountains and lights to the rhythm of music that can spray water approximately 80 metres high and decorated with colourful lights along the main streets in Siem Reap city, such as the garden in front of the Royal Palace and the Pup Street entertainment area. There also is a countdown and fireworks to celebrate the New Year 2025.
